Whether AI agents are built in-house or on platforms such as Microsoft Agent Framework, success depends on more than how quickly the technology is rolled out. Organizations also need a clear framework for what agents may do: the business purpose, their authority and limits, who is accountable for their actions, and which decisions leadership has to make explicitly.
This interactive workshop, hosted by Span in Zagreb, focuses on the gap between technical possibility and business decision-making. Rather than teaching how to implement AI, it helps participants connect promising use cases to clear business outcomes, define accountability for what AI agents do, and decide which choices belong to technical teams and which to leadership. Participants leave with a practical, business-focused proposal to start that conversation inside their own organization.
Kristina leads the workshop, drawing on more than twenty years of helping organizations turn policy into everyday practice across marketing, legal, IT, security and product teams.
